We are seeking a passionate and tech-savvy individual with a strong background in customer success and presales to join our team at SCL School Communication & Learning Management System. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in learning and a solid understanding of technology, particularly in the edutech or education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Success:
- Provide excellent customer support, addressing inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our product to assist customers in utilizing it optimally.
- Communicate fluently in English, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Presales:
- Engage potential clients by showcasing our product features and benefits.
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight the value proposition to clients.
Requirements:
- Passion for learning and a strong understanding of technology.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in supporting customers and demonstrating products.
- Knowledge of the edutech or education sector is highly desirable.
- Presales experience with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- Online Meeting Proficiency:
- Demonstrate the ability to conduct effective online meetings with clients.
- Utilize online communication tools to connect with clients, showcase product features, and address their needs.
- Ensure a seamless and professional online meeting experience for potential clients.
